About me

I am interested in the underlying mechanisms that cause cancer, especially those that provoke advanced forms that eventually lead to metastases. Uncovering the respective pathways enable us to control and selectively modify distinct structures responsible for the emergence of aggressive cancers and thus, to prevent their development. Currently I am working on the study of p73-regulated mechanisms of neoneurogenesis in melanoma.
